How Does The Gold Mining Equipment Work

To get the pure gold, either from the raw ores, or secondary source, it is necessary to screen, grade, separate and remove impurity.

First, the gold ore crushed by the crushing machine is sent to the hopper and then reaches the vibrating screen. After screening and grading by the vibrating screen, it is conveyed to the sawtooth wave jig concentrator via a screw conveyor. The jig concentrator uses the principle of gravity separation to sort minerals, screening out fine gold ores of different specific gravities.
Then, through the asymmetric reciprocating motion of the shaking table for inclined plane flow separation, the ore sand is loosened and stratified by density, so as to select the gold with the highest density. The use of the gold mining equipment can achieve efficient extraction, precise screening, and no loss.
