Working Principle of the Double Shaft Spiral Sand Washing Equipment

When the Double Shaft Spiral Sand Washer Equipment is in operation, the spiral blades start rotating under the action of the electric motor, and the sand and gravel enter the cleaning tank from the feed trough.

Driven by the spiral blades, the sand and gravel roll and grind against each other, removing impurities covering the sand surface and destroying the water vapor layer on the sand to facilitate dehydration. The sand and gravel are propelled spirally from the lower to the higher end, and the cleaned material is then discharged into the discharge tank, completing the cleaning process.
