Single Spiral Sand Washing Machine On-site Installation
The spiral sand washing machine can be installed only after a thorough inspection confirming no structural damage and all fasteners are properly tightened. The sand washer equipment must be securely mounted on a pre-poured concrete foundation to ensure operational stability.
The detailed installation procedures for the spiral sand washing machine are as follows:
1. Prior to installation, thoroughly clean all machine components and verify that all lubrication pipelines are unobstructed and free of contaminants.
2. Confirm the completeness and integrity of all parts, prepare the required installation tools, and then proceed with the formal installation of the equipment.
3. The installation inclination angle of the spiral sand washer is determined by two key factors: material particle size and ground bearing capacity. For materials with large particle sizes and high washing concentrations, a larger inclination angle is recommended to accelerate the overflow rate of materials. Conversely, a smaller inclination angle is suitable for materials with fine particle sizes.
4. If the installation ground is sufficiently sturdy, the inclination angle can be moderately increased. On the other hand, if the equipment is heavy but the installation surface lacks sufficient bearing capacity, the inclination angle should be kept relatively small to ensure operational safety.
5. During the installation process, ensure that the equipment is level with the foundation. Avoid improper inclination angles, as this may negatively impact material feeding efficiency and overall operational stability.
In addition, special attention should be paid to the operation direction of the equipment: it must rotate in the specified direction during operation, and reverse rotation is strictly prohibited to avoid mechanical failure or safety hazards.
A properly installed screw sand washing machine can operate smoothly and stably, which lays a solid foundation for efficient sand cleaning and processing, ensuring that the material meets the required cleanliness standards.
