2. Installation Requirements
Ruijie stone hammer crusher is designed for reliable installation and stable operation. Before installation, the equipment should be inspected after delivery to ensure no damage occurred during transportation.
A suitable concrete foundation should be prepared according to the installation layout, with consideration of the material discharge position. To reduce vibration during operation, vibration-absorbing pads or other cushioning materials should be placed between the machine base and foundation.
During installation, the motor and rotor shaft must be accurately aligned to ensure smooth transmission, prevent premature coupling wear, and avoid bearing overheating.
