Single Layer Eddy Current Sorter Working Principle 

  1. When fragments of electronic waste containing non-magnetic conductive metals (such as copper and aluminum) pass through an alternating magnetic field at a certain speed, eddy currents are induced inside these metals.
  2. Since the material flow maintains relative motion with the magnetic field, a thrust force is exerted on the metal sheets and blocks where eddy currents are generated.
