Hammer Stone Crusher is a commonly used equipment for crushing various materials, and operators not only need to know how it works and how to operate, but also need to know which parts are prone to failure and how to deal with it.The common faults of Hammer Stone Crushers are mainly concentrated in 3 aspects.

1. The Discharge is Too Large

Excessive discharge and abnormality indicate that the crusher is faulty, at this time, it can be considered that the hammer head of the crusher has failed, or the gap between the head and the crusher is too large, and these problems will also occur, and the crusher should be inspected and repaired in time.

2. The Bearing is Overheated

If the temperature is still too high, it may be that the bearing is not cleaned properly, and it is still abnormal after cleaning and needs to be repaired.

(1). The Temperature of The Hammer Head is Too High

Too much or too little lubricating oil on the hammer head will increase the friction and cause the temperature geting too high; There is a problem with the quality of the lubricating oil; The feeding is uneven, resulting in the uneven force of the hammer head and the high temperature phenomenon.

Solution: Check the lubrication of the hammer head, and improve it in time when the lubrication is found to be poor to ensure uniform and continuous feeding.

(2). The Bearing is Overheated

Causes: insufficient grease; Excessive grease; Grease is dirty and deteriorated; Bearing damage.

Solution: Add an appropriate amount of grease; The grease in the bearing should be 50% of its space volume; Cleaning the bearings, replacing the grease; Replace the bearings.

3. The Vibration of Hammer Breaking Increases Suddenly

Causes: When replacing the hammer head or due to the wear of the cone head, the static balance of the rotor does not meet the requirements; The hammer head is broken, and the rotor is out of balance; The pin shaft is bent and broken; triangular or disc cracks; Anchor bolts are loose.

Solution: remove the hammer head and select the hammer head according to the weight, so that the total weight of the hammer on each hammer shaft is the same as the total weight of the hammer on the relative hammer shaft, that is, the static balance meets the requirements; Replace the hammer head; welding repair; Tighten the anchor bolts.
