Magnetic Separation Equipment: High Recovery Rate
Magnetic separation equipment, another flagship product series, enjoys a wider range of applications. It can be used for iron and impurity removal in industrial, agricultural and daily raw material processing. The suspended electromagnetic separator is one of the key pieces of equipment that our Thai customer plans to purchase. It is designed to separate iron blocks, stainless steel and other magnetic materials from mixed materials, protecting downstream production equipment while efficiently recovering ferrous materials.
In addition to electromagnetic over-band separators, suspended permanent magnetic separators and drum type magnetic separators are also reliable tools for ferrous material separation. The suspended permanent magnetic separator is usually matched with a shaking table to remove iron powder via magnetic force, while the remaining fine metal materials are further separated by density difference on the shaking table. The drum magnetic separator combines water flow and magnetic force to adsorb iron particles or powder from flowing water. When these magnetic separators are integrated into a complete production line, the recovery rate of magnetic materials can reach as high as 98% to 99%. Customers can select the appropriate model based on the size of materials to be processed.
Spiral Sand Washer: High‑Efficiency Tailings Processing
The spiral sand washer, a type of processing and conveying equipment, is also highly favored by customers. After metal sorting and recycling, the remaining sand and aggregate in the raw material are crushed and purified into reusable finished sand. The processed sand can be used in road base construction, eco‑friendly brick manufacturing and other fields. This not only reduces waste discharge but also improves the utilization value of tailings, lowers costs and increases profits.
Ruijie’s spiral sand washer features large processing capacity, strong impurity removal performance and resistance to clogging. It is suitable for small, medium and large‑scale projects, with customizable trough length and personalized configuration available.
