Suspended Permanent Magnets can separate the ferromagnetic impurities mixed in the material, and is widely used in mines, building materials, Incineration bottom ash (IBA) sorting and other industries.

A Suspended Permanent Magnet is suspended at the tail of the table concentrator. As it works, the magnetic material in the material on the table concentrator will be adsorbed onto the surface of the belt.

As the belt rotates, the magnetic material automatically falls into the receiving device after reaching the non-magnetic field area, completing the separation of the magnetic material and the non-magnetic material.

Precautions For The Use Of Suspended Permanent Magnets

The roller rotates at about 84 revolutions per minute, so carefully observe whether there is any foreign matter stuck between the roller and the belt before the test. When starting, carefully observe for abnormal noises.
Under normal circumstances, the temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 40 °C, and the surface temperature shall not be higher than 80 °C, for the sake of insurance, the bearing temperature shall not be less than 75 °C.
Because it is a strong magnetic equipment, it is not allowed to carry iron items within 50cm of the magnetic roller regardless of stopping or starting.
The operation of suspended permanent magnet is controlled and monitored by the electrical cabinet. Please operate according to the markings on the electrical cabinet. In case of any abnormality of the equipment, please press the red emergency stop button on the outer door of the electrical cabinet immediately to avoid unnecessary losses.
