1. High-Strength Casing Plate: Crafted from Q355B alloy high-strength structural steel plate, it outperforms ordinary carbon structural steel. It can withstand heavy loads while maintaining superior strength and stability under complex working conditions.

2. Reinforced Casing Thickness: With a 20mm-thick machine shell, its strength and toughness are significantly enhanced. It better resists external forces such as extrusion and bending, endures greater impact, and greatly improves the crushing machine’s working durability and stability.

3. Durable Hammer Head: Manufactured from ZGMn13-3 (high manganese steel), the hammer head boasts excellent toughness and fatigue resistance, capable of withstanding large impact loads without fracturing.

Working Principle of the Iron Hammer Crusher 

 

The Iron Hammer Crusher mainly crushes materials through impact force. Materials enter the crusher and are crushed by the impact of the high-speed rotating hammerheads. Gaining kinetic energy from the hammerheads, the crushed materials rush at high speed toward the baffle plates and screen bars inside the frame.

Meanwhile, the materials hit each other and are broken repeatedly. Those smaller than the gaps between the screen bars are discharged directly through the gaps. Larger individual materials are re-crushed—via impact, grinding, and squeezing by the hammerheads against the screen bars—before being pushed out of the gaps by the hammerheads. This process yields the desired particle size product.

Different products have different production cycles, about 15-40 days.

3. How long is the warranty period of the equipment?

The warranty period is 1 year, calculated from the date the equipment arrives at the buyer’s site; Consumables, vulnerable parts, and damage caused by improper operation are not covered by the warranty.

4. Which payment terms are available to us?

We accept T/T terms or L/C terms. A 50% down payment is reguired in advance, and the 50% balance shall be setled before shipment；Under L/C terms, a 100% irrevocable L/C without ‘soft clauses’ can be accepted.

5. Does it support test machine with incoming materials?

Yes, of course. You can bring the materials to the factory for testing in person, or you can mail the materials. We will test the materials according to your needs and provide you with the data information and on-site video after testing.

6. Does it support inspection before shipment?

Yes, it is possible. You can come to the factory for inspection or have a third-party inspection.
